Through it we are getting very good quality material. The machine is in best condition by mechanically & electronically both. We are achieving the best vacuum level.

The evaporation boats are controlled by a separate cabinet with Eurotherm drives. Machine was installed with Eurotherm Thyristor Unit. We completely replaced those with latest Eurotherm E-power converters along with new HMI in year 2014. These are latest technology by Eurotherm.

16. Machine Assembly: The machine body is composed of 2 Carriages for faster loading and unloading operations. The First one houses the rewinding system, while the second one houses the evaporation system, which is fully extractable from the machine body to facilitate the cleaning procedure.
17. Number of chambers: 3 independent vacuum chambers with independent pumping systems to increase the efficiency of the vacuum.
18. Optical control RF: Controls during metallization process the thickness of aluminium coating through photometric non–‐contact sensors. The system also controls automatically (via step motor) the deposit of aluminium and the feeding of the wire.
19. Rewinding Unit: Digitally control to ensure an accurate rewinding tension control, via the following five DC motors: Unwinding,Rewinding, process roller (main drive), 2 capstan rollers.
20. Other units in the machine body: Two ceramic plated rollers, 2 bowed spreader rollers, oscillating arm on the rewinder with tension sensing control system.
21. Handling of the rolls: The machine includes a hydraulically driven robotic handling system, manufactured by ICAP Group, for the loading of the jumbo roll, and unloading of the finished rolls. This same system also inserts and extracts the air expanding shafts during the loading and unloading procedure.
