MET 203 – LEYBOLD TOPMET 2450 HIRES, 2 Polycold, E-Charge

The Topmet 2450 Hires has additional accesories/devices such as Pre-Plasma Treatment and E-charge. E-charge is used to flatten the film at the cooling drum surface during metallizing, this gives enhance cooling and reduce the tramlines significantly, especially for CPP film.

The machine also has 2 POLYCOLD, one in evaporation zone and one in winding zone.
