One of our recent achievements includes the successful dismantling, packing, and loading of a 10.5-meter high-tech German BOPP film line in the United States. This complex project also involved a 3.8-meter metallizer, an Erema recycling unit, and both primary and secondary slitters. Our own technicians from Europe, Hong Kong, and India managed every step, ensuring professional execution and adherence to strict timelines. The project began in September 2024 and was completed within five months, with the final break bulks shipped in January 2025. We re-installed the equipment at its new destination, continuing our tradition of excellence.

In Turkey, IBEMAS Group completed the installation of a 6-layer SML Cast Film Line. All components were assembled, connected, and made ready for production, with mechanical work finished by early February 2024. Our skilled engineers and technicians ensured that the platform, extruders, and die were installed to the highest standards. The project continued with the completion of safety features and final mechanical adjustments, followed by the start of electrical work. This project demonstrates our ability to deliver turnkey solutions, from assembly to operational readiness, in diverse international settings.

While some project details remain confidential at the client’s request, we can share that all dismantling and loading were completed efficiently, with containers arriving safely at their destination. Installation of the main line was successfully finished, and the startup, test run, and commissioning are imminent. Despite challenges like Covid-related travel restrictions, we fulfilled our contract and provided professional service. Our team also managed the relocation of an 8.2-meter Brueckner BOPP line with auxiliaries and utilities from Italy to South East Asia, and a BOPP Lab line from Germany to India.
